OVERHEAD 360 PLUS — $1,095 3 Hours of Service Includes: • Unlimited 360 video sessions • Professional lighting • Custom event overlay • Video effects • Instant sharing via text, email or QR code • On-site booth attendant • Professional setup & takedown • Online event gallery • Custom event branding OVERHEAD 360 PREMIUM — $1,295 4 Hours of Service Includes everything in the Overhead 360 Plus package, with 4 full hours of service. Perfect for weddings, conferences, galas, corporate events, community celebrations, Christmas parties and large-scale events. ADD-ONS & TRAVEL Additional Hours: $200/hour Travel: $1.00/km for events outside Edmonton EVENT REQUIREMENTS • Venue access is required 2 hours before the scheduled service time for setup, equipment testing and final preparations. • A minimum 15’ × 15’ setup area is required. • A 16-foot table is required for the prop display. • Access to a reliable power source must be available near the setup area. • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. • The remaining balance is due on the event date. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. • Must have strong WIFI Connection on-site ON-RESERVE EVENTS Tax exemption may apply to eligible services provided on reserve. Appropriate documentation may be required to qualify for tax-exempt status. Ex. Copy of Status Card or a letter confirming Band-empowered entity status. This is for tax free purposes, CRA requirement. If the required documentation is not provided, GST will be applied.
